ELYSE HALL

Elyse moved to Canterbury in 2017, to begin her degree in Drama and Theatre Studies at the University of Kent, graduating with a First in 2020. During her time studying, Elyse learnt about what theatres can do to make sure everybody is able to enjoy the experience; having always felt welcome at the theatre she felt challenged that not everybody could say the same. So, when she had the chance to create and facilitate drama workshops for children at a local SEN school, she took it! She loved creating a wonder-filled environment with the children, and knew that she wanted to continue creating experiences that invite children with PMLD to fall in love with theatre.

Elyse loves writing poetry, reading (especially children’s stories!) and walks in the woods.
